About Herb + Ōhm

Herb + Ōhm is a luxury acupuncture and integrative medicine practice combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern healing technologies to deliver personalized, results-driven care.

As we open our Bannockburn location, we're introducing therapeutic massage to complement our acupuncture services.

We're seeking a talented, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist who is excited to help us build this service.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized 60- and 90-minute therapeutic massages.

  • Collaborate with our acupuncturists to support coordinated patient care.

  • Incorporate appropriate therapeutic techniques and enhancements based on patient needs.

  • Educate patients on self-care and ongoing wellness.

  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation and exceptional treatment-room standards.

  • Build strong patient relationships and contribute ideas to help our massage services grow.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Hold an active Illinois massage therapy license.

  • Have excellent therapeutic massage skills and knowledge of anatomy.

  • Are dependable, proactive, professional, and attentive to detail.

  • Enjoy working independently while collaborating with a clinical team.

  • Take ownership of your work and genuinely care about patient outcomes.

Experience with deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, or gua sha is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

Initially Fridays, with appointments available between 10 AM and 4 PM.

This is a flexible, appointment-based opportunity. As we're introducing a new service, patient volume and weekly hours are not guaranteed. Schedules will be coordinated in advance based on bookings and mutually agreed availability.

Compensation:

  • $65 per completed 60-minute massage

  • $95 per completed 90-minute massage

  • Required non-treatment work will also be compensated as applicable.

Our services are gratuity-free as it's a medical facility, so therapists do not depend on tips.

We'll evaluate opportunities to expand hours as patient demand grows.
