Are you someone who naturally goes above and beyond?

Do you love making people feel genuinely cared for, comfortable, and valued?

Are you the person who notices what needs to be done and jumps in before anyone asks?

Do you thrive in a busy environment where you're moving, multitasking, anticipating needs, and making things happen?

Are you confident connecting with people, explaining important information, and helping them feel motivated about their health?

Do you take pride in making a business better—not just completing your assigned responsibilities?

If this sounds like you, we want to meet you.

About Herb + Ōhm

We're opening our newest luxury acupuncture and integrative medicine clinic in Bannockburn, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern healing technologies to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their health.

We're building a small, close-knit, exceptionally high-performing team where every individual contributes to the success of the practice and the patients we serve.

What makes you a great fit?

  • You take ownership. You anticipate needs, solve problems, and follow through without being reminded.

  • You're exceptional with people. You connect naturally, communicate confidently, and make patients feel genuinely cared for.

  • You're energetic and efficient. You enjoy being active and managing several responsibilities at once.

  • You're attentive to details. You notice what others miss and maintain high standards for patient care and clinic readiness.

  • You're confident educating patients. You're comfortable reinforcing practitioner-recommended care plans and the importance of maintenance in protecting results.

  • You're proactive and resourceful. You identify opportunities to improve patient flow, efficiency, and the treatment experience.

  • You're a dependable team player. You take pride in supporting your colleagues and helping the entire practice succeed.

We especially welcome candidates with backgrounds in business ownership, management, healthcare, hospitality, or other service-oriented environments requiring exceptional attention to detail and accountability.

What you'll do

You'll help deliver an outstanding patient experience by preparing treatment rooms, coordinating patient flow, supporting practitioners with approved modalities within your training, maintaining room readiness, and helping patients understand the importance of consistent care and maintenance.

You'll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and help keep our clinic running smoothly.

Both coordinators are cross-trained, so you'll also support scheduling, patient communications, and front-of-house operations when needed.

Schedule & compensation

$20–$23/hour, based on experience.

  • Tuesday and Thursday: 9 AM–6 PM (one-hour lunch)

  • Friday: 9 AM–4 PM (appointments conclude at 2 PM)

  • No weekends

Approximately 24 hours per week initially. The practice will expand to four clinic days (approximately 32 hours), although the timing is not yet established.

Where modern healers grow, rest, and make meaningful impact.

We believe the healers should feel as cared for as the patients they serve. Our team enjoys a supportive environment that values balance, boundaries, and personal wellness. With thoughtful scheduling, restorative spaces, and a culture of respect, you’ll have the energy and clarity to do your best work — and live your best life.
Purpose-Driven Patient Care
We don’t just treat — we transform. Our integrative model combines modern medical science with ancient Eastern wisdom to deliver care that’s both measurable and meaningful. Here, you’ll witness your impact daily as patients regain balance, confidence, and vitality — and you’ll be part of a community redefining what healing can feel like.

At Herb + Ōhm, your professional evolution is our priority. Whether you’re a licensed practitioner or a clinic operations professional, you’ll find opportunities to grow in skill, confidence, and leadership. Our team members receive hands-on mentorship and structured support to refine both clinical and administrative excellence — from mastering patient care systems, insurance coordination, and operational flow to developing leadership and communication skills that elevate the entire practice. Through ongoing education, certification opportunities, and direct mentorship with Dr. Amy Wolf, DACM, FABORM, you’ll be empowered to build a meaningful, purpose-driven career — one that grows with you and contributes to the evolution of modern integrative medicine.
